K2 is a human performance training facility designed for athletes of all ages looking to make a serious commitment to their athletic development and long-term health. 

K2's team of fitness professional provides our clients with an environment in which they can identify and work toward measurable improvements on the field and in life. With an emphasis on individualized goals and needs, each client is provided with the programming and inspirational coaching necessary to reach the next level of fitness.   

Known for our no-nonsense, motivating training environment with just the right mix of science and attitude, the knowledge displayed and results attained at K2 has led to extraordinary success..

We focus on 4 core services:

  • Personal or Small Group Training
  • Boot-Camp Training Program
  • Sports Performance Training
  • Corrective Exercise Training (REHAB)

Rather than machines, we use a combination of functional equipment such as heavy ropes, medicine balls, bands and sleds. This allows you to train the movement patterns you use everyday at work and play.  Using functional movements also improves your conditioning and creates an after burn, where you burn calories all day long, not just during exercise.

Our center is on the second floor above the Salerno Duane Ford Service Center.  Our main entrance is around back.

We need enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic employees!  All trainers can train clients, run Adventure Fitness Boot Camps, Youth Athletic Development Clinics, Nutrition classes, etc, etc…. We currently offer customized nutrition and fitness programs, group coaching classes and nutrition counseling which educate, motivate, and support men, women, and teens to improve their health and fitness. All clients programs include: nutrition counseling, exercise program design, nutritional supplements, monthly fitness assessments and possible weekly training.

Strength and Conditioning Coach/ Sports Performance Trainer:

K2 builds better athletes.  We provide athletes of all ages focused, professional training designed to help our clients reach the limit of their ability while reducing the risk of injury.   Our focus is on coaching the techniques and skills of movement, as well as the principles of appropriate strength training and injury prevention.  We teach the principles of Strength and Conditioning in a fun, challenging environment where the emphasis is on building confidence and self-esteem.
