K2 Personal Trainers can meet at our Performance Training Center, Local Parks or in the comfort of your home.

We recommend personal or small group Training for beginners, post/pre rehab clients  or as a compliment to our group training programs.






Sports Performance/Athletic Development


K2 Youth Performance Training programs focus solely on preparing athletes to get the most out of their bodies by increasing strength, endurance, and flexibility, leading to increased productivity and decreased injury.

Training also includes nutrition and regeneration techniques to improve performance and educate young athletes on how decisions off the field, between games, and at practices can improve their overall performance. Athletes work in small groups with coaches to ensure training is done correctly and efficiently. Our Training Programs include:

We currently offer customized nutrition and fitness programs, group coaching classes and nutrition counseling which educate, motivate, and support men, women, and teens to improve their health and fitness. All clients programs include: nutrition counseling, exercise program design, nutritional supplements, monthly fitness assessments and possible weekly training.
